Major accomplishments include; serving as key member of ADCB Banking Strategy core implementation team, setting up of SME Division with its systems, policies & procedures as well as setting up the ADCB Business Centre catering to both Corporate and SME clients. He was a member of the ADCB team that won the country finals of the 1987 Benson & Hedges Management Challenge conducted by Ashridge Management College, London. Currently, he is also a consultant with AC Manal Management Solutions and Advanced Recruitment Services in Abu Dhabi. In India, he is associated with Midcorp/SME Trade Finance Consultant and Arbitration and is a trustee of ACE IAS Academy Mangalore.
